Our client on Charlton Road already had an existing loft conversion. Our job was to breathe new life into the conversion with a stylish, contemporary bedroom and bathroom. We reconfigured the conversion on the first floor and ground floor to accommodate a staircase and meet building regulations.

As there was already a loft conversion in place, we needed to strip out the existing loft conversion to lower the first floor ceilings to accommodate for structural loft floor. We then reconfigured the first floor and ground floor to accommodate a staircase and meet building regulations.

We created a larger than average loft conversion that complied with regulations, and is more practical use of the space for the client.
