It can be created with a well-designed bathroom that is not only stylish but practical. Clients that consider the bathroom to be the focal point in their new space can achieve great results that are really impressive and this was definitely the case for our clients.
Key Features
Having recently purchased this desirable detached modern home, our clients wanted to make use of the large loft space that was available. We built a rear dormer conversion which comprised of a master bedroom, large dressing area and a stylish modern bathroom which was all accessed off a light filled staircase and landing.
Challenges
Meeting clients’ expectations on any project is a challenge in itself and with our client’s `dad sowing the seeds of doubt due to his own experiences, we knew we would need to prove him wrong for not only our client’s satisfaction but ours also.
Results
Internally enhanced by the beautiful fixtures chosen by the clients, this dormer loft conversion really added a whole new floor to the home and we feel we really helped created a prefect oasis for our clients to enjoy for years to come.
