How did we create this loft conversion for our client?
Not only do we enjoy designing and building bedrooms and bathrooms, we occasionally get to create spaces for artists to get into their zone and play a guitar. Loft conversions are a versatile space that can be adapted for many uses. Being an add-on new build, we can install acoustic materials to support musicians or those who just want to play loud music.
Key Features
The space was never going to be one that was filled with features that took your breath away but it did what it was designed to do and allow for the musical creativity to be enjoyed.
Challenges
Most residential loft conversions come together without too many issues. Paying attention to expectations and ensuring the project is detailed and setup correctly prior to commencement, provides the best chance to succeed.
