How did we create this loft conversion for our client?
Lansdowne Road started a little differently with the client engaging with an architect to create the design and specification prior to engaging with us. This creates a different type of journey but one that’s no less rewarding and the challenge to meet the clients high expectations sets a very clear goal. The attention to detail from the Velux windows through to Lindab guttering made this a unique project and one we are very proud of and it showcases our high standards very well.
Key Features
We worked alongside the client and architects Archea in transforming this mid terrace Victorian home. The refurbishment was completed in two stages, the loft on 2017 and the ground floor extension in 2019.
Challenges
The project also included the complete renovation of the first-floor bathroom
This had to be coordinated very carefully with the loft conversion to ensure that the family could continue to live in the property and have access to facilities at all times.

HEAR FROM OUR CUSTOMER
"The quality of the work was excellent. The team communicated well and there we no issues with the build at all. The pace slowed towards the end but this was largely due to lead times on materials which I had specified. The team kept the neighbours on side and were polite and respectful. The estimate was thorough and it was clear exactly who was paying for each aspect of the build. I would use Abbey again and have recommended to friends."
