How did we create this loft conversion for our client?
With the challenges on the table from the outset, the potential to impress our client was there for the taking. We worked creatively to conjure up a design for the stair route without negatively impacting the first-floor hallway and room layout. When the design came together, the work to deliver followed with an impressive result that was not conceivable at the early stages of the client’s loft conversion journey.

Challenges
The client had engaged a number companies to find ways to make a staircase work and almost gave up until we found a way after some time exploring all options.
The work was otherwise straightforward as a rear dormer conversion.
