We achieved a large loft conversion in a conservation area

The property is located in a conservation area so planning and conservation rules had to be adhered to. This meant we had to find a solution that gets around this, while being able to build a stylish and functional space for the client. 

Despite the strict planning and conservation rules in this East London area, we created a dormer loft conversion that became a functional space for the client. This meant it was stylish and practical, with plenty of space for a staircase, large bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
